Questions
Does a referral guarantee an interview?
No. A referral or an interview is never guaranteed. A referrer submits you through their company's own process; the company decides.
Do I pay the referrer?
Never. You pay ReferMap for access. Referrers are rewarded from a shared monthly pool, so there is no per-referral price and direct payments are banned.
What if nobody replies?
A referrer has 72 hours to reply, and 72 more to submit after accepting. Your request credit is only used when the referral is submitted. If they decline, run out of time, or you cancel before it is submitted, it comes back.
Do unused requests roll over?
No. Credits reset each month.
